Mixed media is the combination of 2 or more different mediums in one art work!  It offers a different approach to a painting; combining materials can expand on traditional uses and create something new!

Mixed media lends itself to a more experimental approach, sometimes its good to let things evolve without a masterplan!
These projects explore ideas and experimentation, which are both important to develop your own style, acting as a spring board for personal creativity and individual thought. Incorporating a variety of media: collage, ink, paint, pastel and graphite, or anything else you like!
