Welcome to our Scale of Art Acrylic painting Course
Scale in art – one of the most important elements when deciding on your composition. An artist can choose to make an object larger or smaller, to emphasise importance or to give the viewer a different perspective. In this acrylics painting scale of art course we will focus on enlarging elements or a single subject. Taking inspiration from Georgia O’Keefe’s Flower Paintings and other artists. With over 6 hours of video instruction to guide you through a series of exercises, from drawing to finishing touches. Learn how to use a grid effectively, colour choices, drawing and detail on a largescale, and tackling a larger canvas without fear!
In addition you have access to our Acrylics reference videos, with lots of useful advice and info on materials and technique demos, and also high quality reference photos to work from. So whether you’re a beginner or more experienced, this complete course has everything you need to create beautiful botanicals in acrylic.
