Bees and Flowers
A lovely painting and drawing illustrative project using full colour, learn to build strength and tone to create a striking and beautiful image of bees and flowers. Working on a coloured ground, using gouache and negative painting to build up lighter areas. Then adding colour, tone and vibrancy with coloured pencils, burnishers and blenders.
MATERIALS
- Coloured pastel paper
- Derwent Coloursoft Pencils – box of 12
- Derwent Burnisher and Blender
- White Gouache
- Small brush
