This website is owned and operated by Discovery Art Class. These terms set out all the terms and conditions under which you may use the website and services offered by us.

This website offers visitors online art classes ( pre recorded video lessons, virtual product), In Person art classes (educational classes at a venue).
By accessing or using this website you approve that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms.

Who can use the website:
In order to use our website and/or receive our services, you must be at least 18 years old, or of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these terms as a binding agreement. If you do not agree to these terms you must not use this website.

Licence to use website
You can:
– view pages from our website in a web browser;
– download pages from our website for caching in a web browser;
– stream audio and video files from our website; and
– use our website services by means of a web browser,
This is subject to the other provisions of these terms and conditions.

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Discovery Art Class’ web site for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
– modify or copy the materials;
– use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or noncommercial);

If you print off, copy or download any part of the Website in breach of these General Terms, your right to use the Website will cease immediately and you must, at our option, return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made.

You agree that your use of the Website is on an ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis and at your sole risk. If the need arises, we may suspend access to the Website or close it indefinitely. Whilst we try to make sure that all information contained on the Website is correct, it is not intended to amount to authority or advice on which reliance should be placed.

Discovery Art Class has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its Internet web site and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Discovery Art Class of the site. Use of any such linked web site is at the user’s own risk.

Your Personal Information
Use of your personal information submitted to or via the Website is governed by our Privacy Policy.  By using our Website, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

Purchases
When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.
The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Additional information about pricing and sales tax is available on the payments page.

Refunds and Cancellations

Current Live Courses
If you have purchased a current online course( scheduled) and we have accepted and confirmed the services purchased by you and formed a legally binding agreement with you as per (i) and (ii) above, and it is over 2 weeks before the course start date, you have a 14 day cooling off period to cancel your order. There is no refund within 2 weeks of the start date.

Online Courses
If you have purchased an online course, once you have completed the payment process and we have accepted and confirmed the purchase as per (i)(ii) above, you agree that you have consented to receive the course content and therefore acknowledge that you no longer have the right to cancel. There is no refund in this instance.

In Person Courses
If you have purchased an In Person course, once you have completed the payment process and we have accepted and confirmed the purchase as per (i)(ii) above, and it is over 2 weeks before the course start date, you have a 14 day cooling off period to cancel your order. There is no refund within 2 weeks of the start date.

Access – Online Classes
Once payment is processed, you will gain access to the relevant course material via your personal page under Purchased Content. You will have access to the material for as long as you wish unless you cancel your membership. We reserve the right to change the passwords every 6 months. In the event your access has not yet expired, you will be issued with the new password.  This will expire in 6 months from the reissue date.

Subscriptions

Our Monthly Online Membership Subscription is powered by cademy.co.uk.

As a monthly subscription, a brand new class will be added each month. Each class will be available for 6 months.

Subscription payment is monthly,  2 weeks after the date you subscribed ( 14 day free trial). The class for the month will then be added to your personal page under Online Courses.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Please note that this is a monthly charge, so if you cancel on or after the renewal date, the current month will be charged for, but no payments will be made from then on.

Please note you will need to re-subscribe to reactivate your membership.

Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Discovery Art Class, be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, arising
out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the service.  To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Discovery Art Class assumes no liability or responsibility for any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of our service; and (iii) any unauthorised access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein.
